Pitot-Static Probes
AeroControlex, with the acquisition of Aero-Instruments, has been a supplier of Air Data Sensors to the Aerospace industry for over 85 years with a rich history of providing high quality products that exceed our customer’s expectations. In joining with AeroControlex, we have strengthened what is already a strong position in the marketplace and have added to our industry-leading technological capabilities with the support of a larger organization. Our products have been supplied to the marketplace since 1925, over which time we have gained a reputation for unsurpassed service, quality, innovation and reliability. Over our history, we have been instrumental in developing government standards still used by the Federal Aviation Administration today. Our products are currently in use on thousands of aircraft worldwide, ranging from large commercial transports to helicopters and UAVs.
AeroControlex has an extensive portfolio of pitot-static probes, which supply both pitot and static pressures in a single device. Our probes are designed to meet or exceed all applicable standards, including SAE AS393, DOD MIL-T-5421B, TSOC-16, AN5813 and BS2G.135. With extensive testing and analysis refined by years of experience, reliability is built into every facet of our product. Our Pitot-Static Probes are designed with rugged heating elements to prevent ice accretion and water ingression for reliable operation in the most adverse environmental conditions.
