As a leading manufacturer of robust custom design solutions for the aerospace industry, our production teams are constantly working to incorporate the latest technologies into our processes. The AeroControlex facility is approximately 60,000 sq feet and provides full in-house capability to fabricate, assemble and test all of our products. Several of our manufacturing competencies include EDM, CNC milling & turning, honing, soldering, gun drilling and brazing to exacting tolerances. Electrical and mechanical assembly processes are complimented with various testing/inspection capabilities to provide validation and confidence in our products’ performance. Our Quality Management System (QMS) operates under both AS9100 and FAA certifications. Additionally, we also maintain an in-house Repair Station which is approved by both FAA and EASA regulations.
